Park City biking trails are well known the world over for their abundance, challenge and diversity. Mountain biking competitors from all around the globe travel here each year to compete in the many Park City mountain biking tournaments. Summit County, including Park City, has hundreds of miles of mountain bike trails that cater to all ages and skill levels of biking. Let Exclusive Excursions take you on some of our favorite biking trails around Park City. Bikes and helmets are included in rental price but feel free to bring your own and enjoy a $20 discount.

Utah Fishing

Park City Whitewater Rafting
An easy activity for for everyone
The Park City area has some wonderful scenery that you can only view on a rafting trip! We will pick you up from anywhere in Park City and take you to the Weber River for your whitewater rafting adventure. The rafting trip is about two hours and you will experience great scenery and even some class II whitewater with an experienced rafting guide. Children must be at least 4 years of age and be able to swim.
Time: 4 -5 hours
Rate: $65 for adult, $50 for child (add $15 for full lunch on the river)

Park City Horseback Riding
This is the way to explore the surrounding countryside
Want to feel like a western cowboy? Try horseback riding as a way to explore Park City's great wilderness and outdoors. We work with companies that offer guided Park City horseback riding tours upon thousands of acres of secluded privately owned mountain land. You'll experience the area's nature, its pristine alpine lakes, wildflower-laden meadows, rugged ridges and expansive mountain views. You many even catch a glimpse of the abundant wildlife from deer to elk, moose to fox or maybe even a mountain lion or bobcat!

Timpanogos Cave Excursion
Especially if you have never been....
You will be picked up from your Park City lodging and the adventure begins at the Timpanogos Caves which is about 60 minutes from Park City. Once we arrive at the destination, the caves are accessed via a strenuous 1 1/2-mile-paved trail, which rises 1,065 ft to an elevation of 6,730 feet above sea level. The hike is steep, however, the entire trail is paved with plenty of benches to take a break and enjoy the scenery. After the hike up, the US Forest Rangers will guide you on an hour tour of a network of three caves. The caves are equipped with walkways and railings and the rangers have a “light show” to illustrate stories and unique features of the caves. This activity is great for families!

Heber Valley Railroad Excursion
Great for the whole family
Climb aboard for breathtaking scenery and a time to unwind during this relaxing, three-hour ride. On the train, one can see views of Mt. Timpanogos and the beautiful landscape of the glacier-carved Provo Canyon. The railroad departs from the Heber Valley Railroad Station, creeps along the shores of Deer Creek Reservoir then travels along the banks of the Provo River to Vivian Park. You will have a layover of approximately 20 minutes at the Park, where the little ones can play at the playground, and the grown-ups can enjoy the beautiful views. The return trip to the Heber Depot is just over an hour aboard the train. Total train time for this activity is about three hours.

Golfing
Golfing at Wasatch Mountain State Park or Soldier Hollow
Here is a favorite activity! Hit the links on some of Utah’s best kept secret public courses! The Wasatch and Soldier Hollow golf destinations, both containing two-18 hole courses, will give you terrain and views second to none. Both courses are about 25 minutes from Park City and cart and club rentals are available. Lunch is also available at the courses or at nearby local restaurants. Activity price includes transportation and green fees for 18 holes.

Hot Air Ballooning
This is a memory to stay with you for years
Hot air ballooning is a fun outdoor activity that starts with the first warmth of the morning sun. Morning sunrise flights are the best time to go due to the lack of wind and peace of the outdoor wilderness. We work with only experienced, licensed pilots and modern balloons; thus insuring you with the utmost in safety. Hot air ballooning in Park City will leave you with an unforgettable experience. Flight is approximately 1 hour.

Chuck-Wagon Dinner
Experience the "Wild West" with this fun activity
Every Saturday night, enjoy a cowboy fun filled evening. A horse-drawn wagon ride will take you to a cowboy village where "Cooky's" Chuck Wagon will have a prepared western buffet dinner for you. Also enjoy live mountain music performed by 'Highway 40', cowboy games and some exciting and historic storytelling. This will truly leave you with a unique Utah memory.
